We have established on-line portal to monitor the Critical Path of any orders. Our experienced Merchandisers review the dynamics of an Order on a routine basis and determine appropriate action plan to keep the T&A on track. All submissions and samples are marked with deadlines and a Plan B. Our Quality Team checks and confirms all submissions are met product aspirations and their measurements are correct. We are enjoying over 80% hit rate in our submissions and our future plan is to set up virtual fitting and approval center to achieve cost price benefit and speed in approvals.
